Blog Income Report May 2018: $5,977.16

Welcome back to another blog income report, today we will take a look at Full-Time Job From Home’s income for May 2018. I can finally say that my blog income increased this month after several months of earning less. If you’ve missed any reports, feel free to check out all of my Blog Income Reports here.

May was a good month; I finally got back into posting regularly and working on my site, so I was happy to see an increase in earnings. I felt that April was going to be the lowest month of the year and so far I’ve been right because May was a decent increase.

Below is a breakdown of exactly where my income came from in May. I’ve left a link to the site, a link to my review, how much I made, and a brief description of the site.

As always, before we get started, a few things to cover. First, I’ve been blogging since 2013. It took me three months to earn my first few bucks, and it has been a slow increase ever since. Don’t expect to see a huge income overnight. Second, you’ll see several “extra income” sites on this list where I’ve made hundreds of dollars. This is from referring others. I only promote sites I use, but it’s not realistic to earn this much unless you’re referring a lot of members. Third, if you have any interest in making money with a blog, I urge you to start right away. As I said, it takes a while to see an income so you might as well get started asap. I recommend checking out Wealthy Affiliate if you have any interest in making money with a blog!

Now that we have that out of the way here’s my blog income report for May 2018. If you have any questions feel free to leave comments below!

Income Compared To Last Month

Before we talk about last month, there is a new site this month called Ebates. Ebates is a cashback shopping portal that pays you cash back on your online shopping. It’s a site I’ve been using and getting paid by for years, but they pay quarterly, so it doesn’t show up on the income report each month. Make sure to check out my full Ebates Review here.

Now let’s compare May to April. In April 2018 I made $5,292.33 which was my lowest month of the year so far. I felt like it would be the lowest month of the year and was not surprised income increased $685 this month. I’ve been posting regularly and responding to comments so that helped and May is when traffic seems to pick back up after a slow March and April.

I’m happy to see my monthly income on the rise and expect it to continue through the end of the year!

Next Month Predictions

Again, I’m a few months late on getting this out, so I already know that June is another increase. It’s only a few hundred more, but I’m happy to see an increase. Hopefully, when July and August come around I can be back up over $7,000 a month, but we will see!

How To Start A Blog

I hope you enjoyed this blog income report. Although it’s one of my lower months, my monthly did go up compared to last month. Even though I’ve been publishing new content for the last few months most of my income is still coming from posts that I did months if not years ago, which is awesome. Hopefully income continues to increase over the next few months and I stay consistent publishing new content.

If you’re interested in earning an income with a blog, I highly recommend getting started as soon as possible. It takes a lot of work to get a blog making any amount of money so the sooner you start the better. If you have any interest, make sure to check out Wealthy Affiliate. It’s the course and community that taught me how to start a blog, create content, drive traffic, and make money.

You can get started with Wealthy Affiliate for completely free to make sure it’s right for you. Feel free to read my full Wealthy Affiliate Review to see if making money with a blog is right for you!
