Blog Income Report March 2018: $6,006.13

Welcome to another blog income report, we will be looking at Full-Time Job From Home’s income in March 2018. If you’ve missed any reports in the past, you can see all of my blog income reports here.

March was another good month, but my income did decrease from last month and the big month in January. I knew this was probably going to happen (more on this later) and I haven’t worked on my site much the last few months, so it was not a huge surprise.

Below is a breakdown of my income from each site I promote in March. I’ve left a link to the site, my review if I have one, how much I made in March and a brief description of each. If you have any questions feel free to leave comments below and I can pretty much explain how I promote any company on this list.

Before we get started, a few things to note. I started this blog in December 2013, and it took a while to start seeing a decent income. Income like this doesn’t happen overnight, it takes a lot of time and hard work to make it happen, but once you get it going, it can turn into a large passive income.

Also, you’ll see sites on this list that I consider “extra income” where I’ve made several hundred dollars this month. Most of the income is from referring others, not from only earning myself. I only promote sites that I use and trust, but a huge income from these sites isn’t realistic unless you’re referring 100’s of members each month!

Now that we have that out of the way, here’s my income for March 2018.

Income Compared To Last Month

Before we compare income to last month, let’s talk about a new site on this month’s income report called ProofreadAnywhere. It’s a work from home course that teaches you how to create your own WAH proofreading side gig and how to find high paying clients. Make sure to check it out here!

Now let’s compare this month to February’s income. In February I brought in $7,622.61, so my income did decrease by about $1,600 in March.

It looks likes Dosh, the app that went viral in January, did pay $15 per referral for the first few weeks of February. My income was $905 in February and dropped all the way down to $125 in March when they only paid $5 per referral, and most of the viral hype was gone.

Along with the change with Dosh, traffic was down site-wide during the month of March, so that makes up for the rest of the loss of income from February to March.

Predictions For Next Month

Again, I’m posting this income report a few months behind so I already know my income for April, and it’s another decrease which is unfortunate but I literally haven’t worked on my site at all the last few months so what can I expect.

As I’ve mentioned in the last few reports, March, April, May seem to be slower months over the last few years so as I get back into the swing of things with posting content hopefully I start to see growth over the next few months.

How To Start A Blog

It can be discouraging seeing your blog income go down, but as I’ve mentioned, I haven’t really spent any time working on the site over the last few months and have still been able to make $6,000-$8,000 passively with work that I’ve done over the last few years.

That’s really the best thing about having a blog, even if you don’t have time to work on your site now the work you’ve done in the past is still earning you money!

If you have any interest in a passive income like this, I highly recommend starting a blog and checking out Wealthy Affiliate. It’s a blogging course and community and is where I learned how to create a website, create content, drive traffic to my site, and make money.

Wealthy Affiliate lets you try for completely free. which means you can get started without any financial commitment. Make sure to check out my Wealthy Affiliate Review and join for free to see if it’s right for you!

Thanks for reading my blog income report. If you have any questions feel free to leave comments below and I can explain any portion of this report that’s unclear!

  1. I really think that blogging is the way to go for passive income and it has a good potential.

I also started a couple of months ago. However I have questions. How long does it take to make money? Also I think of working of couple of hours every day. Would that be enough?

    • Hey Furkan, thanks for reaching and I agree. Blogging can build a huge passive income and the earning potential is much more than a work from home job or extra income site.

It took me about three months to get any traffic and make a few bucks on ads and affiliate sales.

When I started it was a few hours a day and that’s probably what it averages out to still, so yes a few hours a day will work.

It won’t happen quickly but it’s important to get started asap and continue to put in as much work as you can.

Hope this helps and thanks for reading
