Paid To Read Email Review: Is It a Scam?
A reader recently contacted me to see if a site called Paid To Read Email is a scam. I decided to take a look at the site and write a review.
I have to say that I am pretty impressed with this site, I was expecting this site to be a complete scam; there’s a ton of get paid to read email scams out there.
Paid To Read Email is not a scam, it’s very similar to a site I recommend Inbox Dollars. I think I still prefer Inbox Dollars over Paid To Read Email, but I’ll cover all the details in this review.
In this Paid To Read Email Review I’ll cover how to earn, how to get paid, and the complaints I have with this site!
Paid To Read Email Review
Site: Paid To Read Email
Score: 70 out of 100
In this review, I gave Paid To Read Email a decent score and marked it legitimate. Again, I still prefer Inbox Dollars over Paid To Read Email, mainly because they’ve been around for a long time and I’ve been paid by them many times.
I do like that Paid To Read Email pays via PayPal. That’s the only major advantage I see with this site.
How To Earn At Paid To Read Email
The main way to make money at Paid To Read Email is reading emails. You can set it up to send you the paid emails to your primary email or just log in to see paid emails.
You have the ability to choose between $.01-$.10 for every email that you receive. The higher the payment you choose, the faster the paid email expires.
I’ve been using $.02, and it seems like I have a few days to read the emails.
You should expect to see a few emails a day once you’ve been a member for a few days.
Paid To Read Email has free and paid offers available. A Free offer might be signing up for another survey site. These offers usually pay $.25-$1.50.
The paid offers require you to sign up for a free trial (enter in your credit card information) or make a purchase. These offers pay more, usually $2-$10.
Make sure to cancel your free trial, or you may be charged for a service you don’t want.
You’ll find a long list of surveys available, most of the surveys available are provided by 3rd parties and have a limit of 1 completion a day.
You’ll have to qualify for a survey, so there’s no guarantee you’ll get paid unless you complete the whole survey. Most of the surveys pay from $.50-$2.
The points tab is short tasks that you can do to earn points. For example, giving feedback on a website or categorizing a list.
You can exchange points for cash once you earn 50 points.
They only have a few stores available; likely your favorite stores won’t be available.
Paid To Read Email does have a referral program that can earn you some extra cash. You’ll receive 15% of your referrals earnings for life.
They give you your own referral link, and you can quickly email or share on social media. Referring friends is by far the easiest way to earn extra cash!
How Does Paid To Read Email Pay?
All payments from Paid To Read Email are made via PayPal. Once you earn $15, you can request a PayPal payment.
Payments usually take three days to process after you’ve reached $15 and request a payment. Your first payment will take a bit longer; the first payment is paid 15 days after cashing out.
Paid To Read Email Complaints
Credit Card Trials
I honestly don’t have many complaints about Paid to Read Email. It seems to be a completely legitimate site. One thing that I do want to mention, which isn’t a complaint, but I’d like you to be aware.
Some offers available on Paid To Read Email require you to give out your credit card information for a free trial. These offers are usually pretty attractive because they pay much more than the free offers.
Make sure that you set some a reminder to cancel your service. If not, you’ll get charged for the service, and you’ll always end up paying more money then you earned for signing up!
Is Paid To Read Email A Scam?
Paid To Read Email is not a scam, it’s a pretty good rewards site that pays you to view emails. The thing I liked about this site is that it pays via PayPal.
One similar site that I recommend is Inbox Dollars, but they only pay with Check. Paying with PayPal is Paid To Read Email’s only significant advantage.
