Of course it is! There are millions of people making money online everyday. The problem is most beginners believe that it’s easier then making money offline and that there is a get rich quick scheme that can make you millions of bucks.
The truth is there are many ways to make money online and they all require time and hard work to become successful. You wouldn’t expect to get a job offline, do nothing, and get paid for it. So why would working online be any different.
Is There Only One Scam Free Way To Make Money Online?
There are many different ways to make money online. Personally I use a few of these ways to earn an online income. If you’ve been on my site long you’ve probably checked out my #1 recommendation.
This method has to do creating a website around your interest and making money through affiliate marketing. Is this the only way to make money online? Heck No! But it is one of the best ways to generate passive income online.
I also recommend survey and other “paid to do” sites. These sites are a legit way to make money online, but income will be much lower with these types of sites. It really all depends on what type of income you’re looking for.

If you’ve seen my Start Your Own Business page, you know that I recommend building a website as the #1 way to make money online. The reason for this isn’t just because I make money with this method, but also because it’s the best way to generate passive income online.
I write content for my site, posts that I wrote a year ago are still bringing in traffic and making me money every single day. I spent an hour writing the post and it’s still earning me money today.
Although this method does require a lot of hard work, it’s the best option for a HUGE online income.

How Long Does It Take To Make Money?
Now this depends on what method you decide to make money online with, but for the sake of this question let’s talk about building a website or my #1 recommendation. You’re not going to like my answer, but the truth is it’s different for everyone. It really depends on how well you learn and how much work you put into your site.
For me it took 3 months to make my first buck, every month after I increased my online income because I worked hard at it. For some people they make money their first couple of weeks and some people it takes 6+ months.
It really all depends on you, but you will never know how long unless you give it a try.
How Much Money Can I Make Online?
Once again I’m going to answer this question in regards to my #1 recommendation of building a website and again I’m going to answer there is no definite answer. It really all depends on how long your website has been active and if you stick with it.
But to give you an idea I make around $2,000 a month with my site now. There are some people that make a few hundred bucks because they don’t devote more time, and I know many people that make $10,000+ and work full-time on their site.
The truthful answer is once you make your first dollar it’s all about scaling your website. Driving more traffic to your site and your income will most likely increase, but you’ve got to put in the work to make this happen, if you do the income possibilities are endless.
Is There An Easy Way To Make Money Online?
Honestly, No. This is the biggest misconception about making money online. People think that there are get rich quick or create and wait systems that only require a few hours of your time and then start rolling in the doe.
The truth is those systems don’t work. I wish they did, but they simply do not work anymore. No matter what way you decide to make money online you’re going to have to do some sort of money to make money.
With that being said, I think building a website has the best return on time investment. Like I mentioned with this method an hour of work one day could mean income for you for the next 1, 5, 10 years.
