Thanks for this info! I might just take it up. Was also thinking that aside from taking courses, it’d be a great help for transcriptionists to make use of transcription tools like izitext.io to help with the work. The jobs gets massively simplified so it’s definitely a hack

I really think this “course” is misleading. It is advertised as being a course to help you become a transcriptionist when all it is is an email sent out for 7 days talking about what transcribing is and is not. I was disappointed when I signed up. I thought I would get something useful out of it but really didn’t.
