Writedge is a revenue sharing freelance writing website where you can publish unique content. The site is pretty open so you can pretty much post content about anything.
Writedge lets you earn through Google Adsense ads and does allow affiliate links inside your content. You must apply and get accepted before you can publish content, but it doesn’t seem difficult to get accepted.

In this review, I’ll cover the requirements, application, pay structure, and if Writedge is a scam!
Writedge Requirements
The requirements to join include being a good writer and fluent in English. To earn money, you’ll need to join Google Adsense or Amazon Associates.
There’s not really any other requirements, but you’ll need to provide links to 3 writing examples during the application.
All content you publish on Writedge must be original and unique. All posts must be over 400 words, including a featured image, and be written in quality English.
Writedge Application
The application starts by filling out a form on their website. There’s a link you’ll need to visit to complete the application. On the page, there’re instructions to send an email with your username and three links to either already published content or content you’d like to publish.
From what I’ve seen, most people get accepted, but it could take up to 5 business days to hear back on the status of your application.
Writing For Writedge
You can pretty much publish content about anything on Writedge as long as it’s appropriate. All posts must be over 400 words, have a featured image, and the title cannot be misleading.
Once you submit a post, it must be approved which can take up to 48 hours. You’re allowed to post ten articles a day, and each post can be given two categories and six tags.
Once your article is approved, it’s posted live on Writedge, and you earn some of the ad revenue your content generates!
Writedge Pay
As mentioned, Writedge allows you to monetize your content with Google Adsense and Amazon Associates links. This means you need to have an account with them to make money.
Writedge will never pay you; earnings show up in your account with Adsense and Amazon.
With Google Adsense, your ads are displayed 75% of the time; you get to keep all the earnings you generate while your ads are showing.
With Amazon, they allow you to put links throughout your content. Your link displays 100% of the time.
Is Writedge A Scam?
Writedge is legitimate because payments are handled by Adsense and other affiliate programs. I’m not a big fan of revenue sharing writing sites, and I know a lot of freelance writers that prefer up-front pay, but Revenue Sharing sites are legitimate.
