WPBlogVideos Reivew: Is WP Blog Videos A Scam?

WPBlogVideos is No Longer Available, Check out My #1 Recommendation To Making Money Online

I recently came across a new product called WPBlogVideos created by an online marketing/”make money online” guru John Chow. You may have already seen his website or one of the many products he’s released over the years. I have to say that some are pretty good and some are complete crap!

So I decided to write a review of WP Blog Videos to see if it’s a legitimate product or just another internet marketing guru scam!

In this WPBlogVideos Review I’ll cover what you get, how it works, the complaints I have, and if this product is a scam or a legitimate way to make money online!

WPBlogVideos Review

WpBlogVideos Review is it a scam or legitimateSite: WPBlogVideos

Type: Building Websites

Price: $97

Score: 70 out of 100

In this WP Blog Videos Review, I gave it a pretty good score and marked it legitimate. It’s honestly a pretty decent product that covers a ton of information about building your first website, getting started on WordPress, mastering WordPress, Making Money From Your Website, Website SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media.

It does cover a wide variety of topics that are all critical aspects of starting your own website and making money with it, but with that being said I do have some complaints with this product.

In my opinion, WP Blog Videos is a pretty good product that does give you the information you need to start your own website and make money, but this program covers a lot of very advanced techniques. I think most beginners will have many questions and get stuck throughout the training. There’s not any good way to find support or get one on one help when you have problems.

For that reason alone, I still recommend Wealthy Affiliate, My #1 Recommendation to get started as a beginner building your first website and making money with it! Continue reading my review to learn what you get and the complaints I have with this product.

What’s Inside WP BlogVideos?

WPBlogVideos is No Longer Available, Check out My #1 Recommendation To Making Money Online

Within the WP Blog Videos program, you’ll get seven modules of training. It covers everything from purchasing your domain and hosting, to mastering WordPress and using social media. I’ve broken down each module and give a brief overview of what you’ll learn in each module below.

Module 1: Internet Marketing Basics

In the first module, you’ll be learning how to purchase a domain name and set up a hosting account. You’ll also learn how to install WordPress on your website, use an FTP program, and how to use your cPanel.

This module covers what you need to know before you do any work on your website or blog.

Module 2: Basic WordPress Tutorials

This module covers exactly what the name suggests, the basics of WordPress. You’ll learn how to get started logging on to your WordPress site, how to optimize all of your settings, how to create posts/pages, how to use images, how to use plugins, managing comments, and widgets on your site.

There’s a lot of information covered in this section that you’ll use almost every day when working on your website.

Module 3: Advanced WordPress Tutorials

In this module you’ll get into some more WordPress Tutorials, some are very important, and others are not needed for beginners and will most likely confuse you.

Some of the important things are creating site backups and using Google Analytics. The rest of the videos are advanced techniques that most people will not use.

Module 4: Making Money From Blogs

In this section, you’ll learn the different ways to make money with your website/blog. Included is training on Google Adsense, Affiliate Marketing through ClickBank, PPC text ads, and a few programs that can automate affiliate links.

Again there’re some advanced techniques taught in this module, and I honestly don’t agree with some of the programs he recommends for automating links, but he does cover it.

Module 5: SEO and Link Building

In this module you’ll learn how to get the All-In-One SEO pack installed on your site and how to optimize it, you’ll also learn how to create a sitemap and tell search engines about it. Keyword research for your posts is also covered in this section.

He does cover a program that he uses for backlinks. Personally, I don’t recommend doing this, I recommend skipping the backlink section of the training.

Module 6: RSS to Email Marketing

In this module, you’ll learn the basics of Email Marketing with either Aweber or GetResponse, two email marketing programs. He doesn’t dive into any techniques really; it’s more of just an overview of how to sign up and get opt-in forms on your website.

Module 7: Social Media Marketing

In this module, Facebook and Twitter are the primary focus. He teaches you the basics of marketing on these two social media sites and some helpful tools to use to automate and make it easier on yourself.

Overall, a ton of information is covered inside the WP Blog Videos training, now let’s cover some complaints that I have with this program.

WPBlogVideos Complaints & Concerns

No Support + Advanced Techniques

Within the WP Blog Videos training, they cover some pretty advanced techniques that a complete beginner is going to be very confused about.

Where do you go if you have issues, questions, or problems? To good ole ClickBank email support. They’ll do their best to answer your question, but know that the response usually doesn’t come quickly, and their answer is usually pretty vague.

For a complete beginner to be successful, they need a place to ask questions and get feedback in a timely fashion with many opinions. There’s no way email support will be sufficient with this product.

Some Out Dated Training

There’re a few topics that are covered in the training that I’m not too fond of. One being backlinks and the other is getting content from Private Label Rights sites.

Backlinks seem to be a huge topic when it comes to what’s legal with Google and what’s not. To me what he teaches here could get you in trouble.

Getting poor quality content from private label sites isn’t going to help you in my opinion either.

I’d recommend skipping these portions of the training; it will most likely eventually get you in trouble.

Well How Do I Write Content

I review a lot of products that teach you how to build a website/blog and make money with it. If you’ve blogged before you probably know that the whole key is your content. What most of these programs leave out is how to create content.

There’s nothing in WP Blog Videos about creating your own content, other than places to go to purchase content for your website. Personally I’ve found that most beginners are looking to get started as cheap as possible.

If you don’t know how to create content and don’t want to spend the money to buy content, you’re basically screwed!

Affiliate Links Galore!

First off, in any internet marketing gurus product you’ll find affiliate links to the programs that they mention, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

But it seems that this product has covered so many variations to one procedure so they can make sure to have an affiliate link to any option out there.

For example, in the hosting section, they have videos on how to host at many different hosting websites. I guess that covers a wide variety of options, but to me, it’s almost too many options for a beginner. It’s like they’re just trying to a have an affiliate link for every option you might choose.

Is WP Blog Videos A Scam?

WPBlogVideos is No Longer Available, Check out My #1 Recommendation To Making Money Online

WP Blog Videos is not a scam; there’s a ton of information that you get in this product. I was impressed with the advanced WordPress tutorials that you receive, but I have to say for beginners this portion of the training is going to be tough to understand.

That’s why I think this product is completely legitimate, but I have major concerns beginners are going to have problems getting through and understanding the training without some better support.

In my opinion, My #1 Recommendation is still a much better option because of the community and support you’ll receive, but WP Blog Videos teaches you pretty much everything you need to know to make money online with a website.
