Welcome to my MindField Online Review, this company has been around since 2004, a long time in internet years. Unfortunately this company has taken a turn for the worst recently. What was once a respected company has changed into a company that gets negative review after negative review from their customers.
MindField Online is a company that will pay you for taking surveys. It works just like most other survey sites where you sign up, complete your profile, receive surveys by email, and click the link to take the survey. But over the last two years this normal survey site is not one I would ever recommend joining.
In this MindField Online Review we will take a look at what has changed for Mindfield over the last few years and give you suggestions for other great survey companies.
MindField Online Review
I gave Mindfield Online a 10 Out Of 100 and marked it a scam because that’s exactly what it is. This company has stopped paying it’s customers there hard-earned money and has received a ton of complaints about other issues. I don’t recommend joining this company because most likely you won’t get credit for your surveys either.
UPDATE: MindField Online is no longer accepting new members, even if you wanted to join this scam you can’t!
What I Liked?
Payment Process
There actually is one thing I liked about the company, but you will find out in the next section that it doesn’t matter how good the payment options are, if they don’t pay the company is still a scam.
But when MindField Online was thriving and a reputable company they offered payment by PayPal and Amazon Gift Cards. The minimum cash out amount for PayPal was $5 and $1 for Amazon. Pretty low cash out amounts for a survey site.
MindField Online Concerns
Lately MindField Online has received tons of complaints. I decided to break these complaints down and you can see that below.
Can’t Qualify
One of the first and most heard of complaints from MindField is that it’s almost impossible to qualify for one of their surveys. If you have taken surveys in the past, you know when you start a survey they ask you a few questions up front to see if you qualify. Well lately there has been reports of tons of people who have been with the company for a long time, all of a sudden not qualify for any surveys anymore.
You could say this is by chance if it was just a few members, but a bulk of members are having this complaint. If you can’t qualify that means you can’t take surveys and earn money.
Not Qualifying After Completion
This was a new complaint to me that I had not really heard before. There have been reports of people completing surveys and getting a message saying that they have completed and will receive credit. When they check their account, they see that the survey they took has been marked as not qualified for.
If you qualified for the survey there is no way you should be getting disqualified after taking the survey.
Where Is My Credit
There are two complaints under this section first off there has been a lot of complaints for it taking forever to get credit for your surveys. Some with give you credit in a few days, but there has been a report of credit taking up to three months.
The 2nd complaint in this section is not getting credit at all. Along with getting the disqualified notice on surveys, people are getting to the end of surveys and getting the complete message and then never receiving credit for their work.
Final Verdict
I do not recommend joining MindField Online. There are too many complaints that have to do with getting credit and getting paid by this company to make it worth while. MindField Online used to receive great reviews, but over the last few years has really went down hill. Stay away from this company and you will be glad you did so.
