If you’re looking to make extra money on your phone I have a new app that might be for you. I just came across an app called Dabbl that I decided to try and review.
Dabbl’s slogan is “turn your downtime into gift cards,” which is exactly what this app does. It gives you short ways to earn that you can eventually exchange for gift cards.
Please understand that in no way will this be a huge income, the tasks at Dabbl pay $.01-$.05, so it’s going to be a tiny income in your spare time. If you’re serious about making a full-time income online, check out My #1 Recommendation, it’s how I made over $13,000 online last month!
In this Dabbl App Review, I’ll cover how to earn, how to get paid, my complaints, and if this app is a scam or legitimate way to make money!
Dabbl App Review
App: Dabbl
Type: Paid Surveys
Verdict: Legitimate, Not Highly Recommended
In this Dabbl App Review, I marked them legitimate, but it’s not an app that I highly recommend using. Honestly, there’re better apps out there that do the same thing, such as Google Opinion Rewards, FeaturePoints, and Perksy.
With that being said Dabbl is a legitimate option to earn extra cash on your phone, just please understand that it’s going to be a tiny income.
As long as you know that going in you might enjoy this app, but for me, I’ll be using other apps to make money on my phone.
How To Earn With Dabbl App
There’re a few ways to earn on the Dabbl app that I’ve covered below. It’s important to understand that there’s just a limited number of ways to earn from time to time, meaning that just because you open the app doesn’t mean you’ll have all of these ways to earn.
Surveys
One way to earn with Dabbl is by taking surveys. They seem to have their own surveys and surveys provided by other partners. The surveys from Dabble are easy and fun, usually are 3-6 questions and usually pay $.01-$.05. Here’s an example:
With surveys provided by other parties, you’ll have to answer screening questions, which usually consists of sex, age, marital status, income, race, etc. Then they will try to find a survey for you. Most of the time, you’ll be told that you did not qualify for any surveys, occasionally you’ll earn $.01 for trying to find a survey, but it didn’t happen every time.
Videos
Another way to earn is by watching videos. These are usually 30 second long ads that pay you $.01 for watching. There’s usually only 1 or 2 available every few days, so you won’t earn much here.
Offers
Offers usually require you to download an app. For example, one is Drizly an alcohol delivery service. They give you $.05 for watching a video and at the end have a few questions. You’ll earn a few cents more if you download the app. They do give you a coupon code for $5 off.
Refer Friends
The last way to earn is by referring friends. You’ll earn $.25 for every friend that you refer that completes at least one task. You can refer up to 20 friends, so you could reach the cashout amount just by referring friends.
How Does Dabbl App Pay?
Once you earn $5 you can get paid via Dabbl. At this time they only pay via gift cards to Walmart, Target, Ulta, TJ-Maxx, Spotify, Overstock, Lowe’s, Hotels.com, GameStop, Disney, CVS, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Barnes & Noble, Bass Pro Shop, AMC, and 1-800-Flowers.
In the Dabbl FAQs, they state the gift card will be delivered immediately to your email once you cash out.
Dabbl App Payment Proof
After several months of answering short little surveys, I was able to earn 5,000 points to redeem a gift card. I do a lot of Amazon shopping so I went ahead and redeemed a $5 Amazon gift card. Here’s a screenshot of the email from Dabbl that included my $5 gift card.
Dabbl App Complaints
Tiny Income
Please understand that in no way will Dabbl be a huge income. Most of the free surveys, videos, etc. pay $.01-$.05, and there’s a limited amount to complete each day. This app is legitimate, but it’s an app that you’ll spend a few minutes each day to earn a few cents. Over time you’ll reach the $5 cash out amount, but nothing more than that.

How Much Does This Pay Me???
It’s pretty standard for extra income sites and apps to tell you how much a survey, video, or tasks is going to pay you before you do it, but with Dabbl they do not do this. They give you an idea of what the task is but don’t tell you how much it pays until you complete it and earnings are added to your account.
I can say that everything that I did paid from $.01 $.05 so don’t expect for these tasks to pay much.
No Cash Payments
I use a ton of extra income sites and apps and I like getting paid via PayPal or other cash options, that way I have a ton of flexibility when I go to spend that money. With Dabbl all they have is gift cards, and they don’t even have Amazon gift cards.
Luckily they do have Walmart and Target, but I wish they had cash payments and more gift cards available.
Is the Dabbl App a Scam?
The Dabbl app is not a scam, but in no way is this app going to make you much money. In my experience most of the free tasks/surveys you can complete pay $.01-$.05. Which isn’t terrible for the few seconds it takes to answer, but with a $5 cash out amount it’s going to take a while to reach it and get paid.
I personally prefer other extra income sites over Dabbl and if you’re not interested in an extra income, I’d check out My #1 Recommendation to learn how to make a full-time income online.
With that being said, Dabbl is legitimate; if you’d like to learn more or to join, visit GetDabbl.com to get started.
If you’re like me earning $.01 for my opinion isn’t worth it when I have to earn $5 to get paid. If you’re serious about make a large income online, check out My #1 Recommendation, it’s how I made over $13,000 online last month!

Dabbl
Summary
Dabbl’s slogan is “turn your downtime into gift cards,” which is exactly what this app does. It gives you short ways to earn that you can eventually exchange for gift cards.
Please understand that in no way will this be a huge income, the tasks at Dabbl pay $.01-$.05, so it’s going to be a tiny income in your spare time.
In my opinion, Dabbl is not a scam but it’s not going to be an app that you sit down and use until you reach the cashout amount. You’ll have to use the app when surveys become available and overtime you’ll reach the cashout amount.
