5 Browser Extensions That Pay

Qmee

Read Review

Qmee is a browser extension that pays you to search the internet. It works with Google, Bing, Yahoo, Amazon, Walmart, and more sites are added.

Occasionally when you’re searching, Qmee will show results on the side of the page. If you click on Qmee results, you’ll be taken to the page and earn $.03-$.12 for clicking on the ad.

There’s no minimum cash out amount, and you can cash out at any time via PayPal and Walmart or Amazon gift card.

Qmee now also offers surveys that are occasionally available.

Swagbucks

Read Review

Swagbucks is what I call a “get paid to” rewards site. They offer many ways to earn such as searching the internet and cash back shopping.

They also offer a browser extension that can help you make money. Once you have the extension installed, you’ll be notified when you visit a website that offers cash back.

I always forget that I could be getting cash back when shopping. With the extension, you’ll never miss a chance to earn cash back!

As you earn “Swagbucks” you can exchange them for gift cards starting at $5, PayPal payments are available starting at $25.

Cross Media Panel

Read Review

Cross Media Panel was formerly known as Screenwise Trends Panel. They’ll pay you for keeping their browser extension installed. They also have apps for your phone and tablet that can earn you more money.

The browser extension takes about 5 minutes to install and then you’ll earn money each week you keep it installed.

Just for keeping the extension installed you’ll make $2 your first week and $1 after. Again if you install the app as well, you could earn up to $3 a week.

You can cash out your earnings starting at $5 via gift cards to Amazon, Starbucks, Target, and much more.

Ebates

Read Review

Ebates is another cash back shopping site that I use. Similar to Swagbucks, they offer a browser extension that reminds you of cash back opportunities.

Once you install the extension, you’ll never miss out on cash back again.

Ebates pays quarterly via PayPal, Direct Deposit, or Mailed Check.

I use Swagbucks and Ebates; both are awesome. Swagbucks offers quicker payments, but Ebates seems to have higher cashback rates.

Savvy Connect

Read Review

SavvyConnect is a tracking browser extension associated with the survey site Survey Savvy. Just like the Cross Media Panel, Savvy Connect can be installed on your phone and tablet to earn more.

When you join Savvy Connect you’ll receive projects, all you have to do is accept them and keep the extension installed.

Most projects pay $10-$50, all you need to do is sign up and keep the extension installed.

Right now, all US members are invited to a Gold Project that pays $60 when you keep the extension installed for 30 days.

SavvyConnect has no minimum cash out amount and pays via mailed check.

    • Hey Jen, thanks for checking out my post. Honestly, these extensions don’t require anytime, they work in the background and are used when needed.

Yes, it might take a few minutes up front to sign up, but it’s pretty much passive income after that!
