Crowdology Review US and UK Surveys

crowdology reviewSurvey sites are on of the most popular ways to make money online. One survey site that is pretty dang good is Crowdology.

I have to say that I was pretty surprised by the quality of survey site they are, but still feel as if there are better survey sites out there.

In this Crowdology Review we will take a look at the US and UK Surveys versions and see what I liked and didn’t like about this program.

Crowdology Review

crowdology reviewWebsite: Crowdology.com

Price: Free

Score 85 Out of 100

Verdict: Legit (but there are better)

As you can seen Crowdology is completely legit and I gave it a pretty good score. There are some things I don’t like about this site, but for the most part it’s a pretty good survey site.

I believe that there are better sites out there like PaidViewpoint, CashCrate, and Swagbucks, but with survey sites you usually are a member to at least a few so this would be a quality join.

How To Earn With Crowdology

Crowdology is just like any other paid survey site. The surveys all vary in length and payment, but from what I have seen most surveys range from 5 to 15 minutes and pay any where from $.40 to $10.

There are no other ways to earn with Crowdology like completing offers. Paid Surveys are the only thing offered.

Paid Surveys usually credit your account immediately and I haven’t heard any complaints about being kicked out of surveys.

How To Get Paid By Crowdology

One great thing about Crowdology is the payments. They have a low cash out amount of $8 and pay via PayPal only. Once your account reaches the $8 minimum cash out you can request payment at any time.

Payment can take up to 48 hours to process, but most members say they get paid within a few hours of requesting their payout.

Crowdology Referral Program

Crowdology does offer a referral program, but it’s set up a bit differently than most survey sites. The normal program usually earns you a percentage of each of your referrals earnings, but with Crowdology your entered into a sweepstakes drawing.

They have a drawing each month and every referral you get within that month gets you an entry into the sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes are usually for $25-$50 Amazon Gift cards.

Advantages & Disadvantages

What I Liked

PayPal

One major advantage of Crowdology is that it offers easy payments via PayPal. PayPal is my preferred method of payment and it’s great that most people are reporting almost instant payments!

Instant Credit

One thing I have noticed with some survey sites is it takes a few hours or even days for credit from a survey to show up. With Crowdology immediately after completing a survey your earnings will be added to your account.

What I Don’t Like

Referral Program

I will be honest, most of the money I make on survey sites comes from referrals. Referrals are a great way to make money online without you having to do much work. With the Crowdology referral program there is no real advantage of referring others. Unless your lucky and feel confident you will win a sweepstakes.

One Way To Earn

Most of the survey sites that I highly recommend also offer other ways to earn like completing offers and tasks, watching videos, searching, and referring others. Crowdology does not offer these ways of course which can make it harder to earn a good amount of cash each month.

Sweepstakes

I’m not a very lucky person, so I have never really been a fan of sweepstakes and drawings. Especially online ones where you don’t even know if it’s happening or not. I don’t like that referring your friends only gets you a drawing in the contest because lets face it most likely none of us are ever going to win.

Is Crowdology Worth Joining

I’ve went through the Crowdology survey site with you and told you how everything works and what I do and don’t like about the program. I gave Crowdology a pretty good score and we know that it’s completely legit.

Still I have to say that it’s not one of my top 3 survey sites to join. Personally I think there are better sites out there. With that being said if you’re already a member of Crowdology I would stay a member, but check out the sites I mention here.

In general people who take surveys are members of multiple sites so I’d say Crowdology is worth joining, but there are some sites you should join first like Paid Viewpoint, Cash Crate, and SwagBucks.

I hope you enjoyed my Crowdology Review and make an educated decision on what survey sites to join now. Make sure to share with your friends and leave a comment below if you have any questions. To see my #1 Recommendation and how I make money online take a look at Wealthy Affiliate.

  1. Hi Brok! Thanks for such an insightful review. I used to do surveys a few years ago and never really made much money for the time spent, so gave it up. With the reviews you’ve given on this and the recommendations of the other three sites, I’ll definitely be checking them out again to see if they are a little more lucrative.

    Thanks again!

    • Margot,

Thanks for the comment! If time is an issue you may want to checkout PaidViewpoint. They only have short 10 question surveys that only take a minute or so. I can reach the cash out amount every month and it just takes up a few minutes a day!

      Hope this helps,

      Brok
