I don’t usually write reviews on saving money, but I came across a super cool site called SnagShout, that can help you get Free or huge discounts on Amazon products.
When I see “Free Amazon Products” the first thing I think is, it must be a scam. So I did some investigating and decided to write this Snagshout review.
It turns out that Snagshout is legit and scam free, but most items aren’t completely free. You can usually get a 90% or more discount, though!

How Does Snagshout Work?
1) Sign Up For Free
You can quickly join Snagshout as a shopper with a few simple clicks. Sign up with email or through Facebook. If you sign up through email, you’ll need to confirm it!
2) Find Deals
You can see all the deals available on the Snagshout website at any time. I recommend receiving the latest and most popular deals via email and always checking this site before buying anything on Amazon.
3) Obtain Promo Codes
Once you find a deal you’d like to snag, just click the item and find the “Snag This” button! You’ll be given a link to the product on Amazon and a coupon code that gives you the discount.
4) Order The Product
Visit the link they give you to the product and add it to your cart. You’ll need to proceed to checkout; then you can enter the coupon code, and the discount will be applied. Note: If you’re not a Prime member you may have to pay for shipping on some products!
5) Write Your Review
You’ll have two weeks to write your review, once you’ve snagged the deal. You should receive the product and use it before writing your review.
Your review must be honest. You’re not getting a discount to write a BS positive review. Use the product and give your honest opinion on the pros and cons of the product!
Your review must say that you received a discount for writing this honest review.
What Items Can You Get For Free?
There’s a ton of products available on Snagshout at a huge discount. Some of the categories include Beauty & Health, Clothing Shoes & Jewelry, Electronics & Computers, Grocery, Home & Garden, Kids & Baby, Media, Pets, Sports & Outdoors, Toys, and Vitamin & Supplements.
It seems that there’s a ton of phone cases and things of that nature. Supplements also seem to be pretty popular. But there’s always a few products in the different categories above!
I recently got a cool stand for my phone, and Apple watch that’s usually $9.95. I paid $1.00!

You can find out about Snagshout deals by checking their website before you buy anything on Amazon. You can also sign up to receive emails that show the latest and most popular deals!
I’d recommend always checking Snagshout before buying anything on Amazon.
How To Leave Comments On Snagshout
One thing to keep in mind is that you’re not getting a discount to write a positive review of the product. You’re getting paid to write an honest review of the product.
You should list the pros and cons, description of how it works, and if you’d recommend it to a friend. The review doesn’t have to be a book, but it shouldn’t be “good product.” You’re getting a discount so make sure to use the product and give your opinion.
You must mention that you received a discounted price for writing an honest review of the product.
Snagshout Concerns & Limitations
Although this site is excellent, there are a few things that you need to know. There are some limitations with the site that really aren’t a big deal, but are set up to help protect the merchant.
- Only one account per person
- No reselling products
- If you’re not a Prime member you may have to pay for shipping
- Five product at a time. As long as you have enough points
- Earn points for signing up and every time you leave a review
Snagshout Points
I was about to finish up this Snagshout review but noticed I mentioned points in the last section, so thought I’d cover it.
You’re rewarded points when you sign up, and every time you snag a deal, it will cost 20 points. You can earn points by completing reviews.
So basically when you join you’ll have enough points to snag a deal, but will need to write your review before having enough points to snag another deal!
Is Snagshout Legit or A Scam?
Snagshout is completely legit. I’ve used Snagshout and snagged an iPhone and Apple Watch charging station that’s usually $10 for just $1.
The process was very smooth, and it only took me a few minutes to write the review. If you’re going to purchase a product on Amazon, you might as well see if you can get it for a lower price!
