With that being said, data entry won’t make you rich. Most of these sites have low pay, but all of the sites on this list are completely legitimate.

  1. Hi there Brok,

Thank you again for the list of opportunities. I have a quick question about Amazon Turk ( Mturk ).

I’ve been looking over the requirements for sign up and do not want to miss anything: Does Mturk require a social security number upon sign up or only after a member’s earnings reach $600 in a calendar year?

    Thank you for your time.

    • Bette,

It doesn’t look like you need to provide your social during sign up, but as you said if you’re in the US and make over $600 they will request you to fill out a W-2 where you’ll need to provide your social and you’ll receive a 1099 for that income.

      Hope this helps,

      Brok
